Lot 4310 Flare / Vent stack The scope of supply comprises management, quality assurance and control, design, engineering, fabrication, delivery and erection and documentation of the Flare / Vent stack with following major technical requirements:
Inlet flow conditions flare: up to 2.75 kg / s liquid or cold hydrogen down to 20K — 60K or up to 7 kg / s liquid or cold LNG (Methane) at 115K — 150K or up to 1.5 kg / s gaseous hydrogen (at ambient temp) Inlet flow conditions vent: approx.3 g / s gaseous hydrogen (80 to 140K) Use of KO drum required.
Operation of flare will be 2-8 hours / day with an interruption up to several days.
Height: approx. 33 m Supply shall include flare with KO drum / riser and tip, 2 sets of pilot burners including panel for propane and control as well as separate vent connected to the flare riser.
