The Contractor hereby grants to the Authority the irrevocable option to extend the contract for one additional 1 year period, or any parts thereof, at the firm prices to be agreed and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The option to extend the contract will be exercised no later than 90 days before the contract expiry date in place at the time. The option period is as follows:

Year 6 from 1.11.2024 to 31.10.2025
