DLR's test facilities for rocket engines have a high demand of GN2 for different applications. To supply the test facilities a central nitrogen system exists. The LN2 is pumped to different pressure levels and evaporated from the liquid phase. The pumps are supplied out of 2 x 30 m powder vacuum insulated tanks. The installation of 2 new 50 m thermosiphon tanks is required.

Scope of Supply:
1) detailed engineering and design of a complete tank system (system proposal from DLR):

4) detailed specification of LN2 tanks:
— determine of connections (position, diameter, pressure, type),
