The contract is set out as being 5, 10 or 15 years. A decision on the duration of the contract is taken during the award procedure before querying final offer.

The following options could be taken over by the employer and should be outlined by the bidder in the initial offer: turbine control center, service base, spare part procurement, CTV logistic, helicopter logistic, heavy component exchange logistic.

The Trianel Windpark Borkum (Phase II) is situated 45 km north of Borkum at a water depth of approximately 30 metres at lowest astronomical tide.

The interested parties must submit the following informations/documents:

1) Excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt);

2) Company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level;

3) Declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of of the Act against Restraints on Competition (Kartellgesetz — GWB).

If a group of tenderers/consortium is established, all its members must submit the abovementioned information.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

The interested parties must submit the following informations/ documents:documents:

1) Company's turnover during the last 3 financial years;

2) Annual financial statements for a German tenderer/comparable documents for a foreign tenderer.

At the very least, the annual financial statements/financial reports/balance sheet must be provided. In the case of a group of tenderers/consortium, all members must supply these informations/ documents.

The interested parties must submit a declaration stating and demonstrating the tenderer's/consortium's experience in the repair, commissioning and maintenance with:

— troubleshooting of offshore wind turbine generators,

— 6 MW Senvion offshore wind turbine generators,

— 5 MW Senvion offshore wind turbine generators,

— Senvion offshore wind turbine generators,

— offshore wind turbine generators,

— onshore turbines.

Auftragsausführung
Rechtsform der Gruppe von Wirtschaftsteilnehmern, an die der Auftrag vergeben werden soll:

If a group of tenderers is established, it will be obliged to submit a legally binding declaration signed by all of its members together with the request to participate (the form is contained in the tender documents). The form must contain:

— a declaration from the members that they will establish a consortium if their tender is successful,

— a list of all members and the name of 1 member who will act as the authorised representative of the others for the purposes of concluding and implementing the contracts,

— a confirmation that the authorised representative is the legal representative of all of the tenderers/consortium members in relation to the contracting entity,

— an undertaking that all of the members will be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract,

— details of the services to be performed by each individual member.

— Senvion offshore wind turbine generators (weighting 30 points),

— offshore wind turbine generators (25 points),

— onshore turbines (weighting 20 points).

The up to 5 tenderers with the highest points from the scale above will be invited to the negotiated procedure.
