Subject of the contract covers the corrective maintenance for 40 AD5-116 (formerly Areva M5000) wind energy converters excluding the exchange and repair of major components such as gearbox, generator, blade set, rotor hub, MV converter, MV switchboard, main transformer, blade bearing, YAW bearing and rotor bearing on tripod foundations with a nominal output of 5 (five) MW each in the German Exclusive Economic Zone of the North Sea, north of the Island of Borkum.

Beschreibung der Verlängerungen:
Description of renewals: The contract is set out as being 5 or 10 years. A decision on the duration of the contract is taken during the award procedure before querying final offer.
Beschreibung der Optionen:
Option: provision and storage of spare parts (minor components);
Option: logistics necessary for repair and corrective maintenance of minor components.

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:
The interested parties must submit the following information/documents:
1) Excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt);
2) Company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level;
3) Declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (Kartellgesetz - GWB).
If a group of tenderers/consortium is established, all its members must submit the abovementioned information.
Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:
The interested parties must submit the following documents:
1) Companys turnover during the last 3 financial years;
2) Annual financial statements for a German tenderer/comparable documents for a foreign tenderer.
At the very last, the annual financial statements/financial reports/balance sheet must be provided. In case a group of tenderers/consortium, all members must supply these information/documents.
Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:
The interested parties must submit a declaration stating and demonstrating the tenderer's/consortium's experience in the repair and maintenance with:
(a) troubleshooting of offshore wind turbine generators;
(b) maintenance of offshore wind turbine generators;
(c) troubleshooting of AD5-116 (formerly Areva M5000) offshore wind turbine generators;
(d) maintenance of AD5-116 (formerly Areva M5000) offshore wind turbine generators.
Auftragsausführung
Rechtsform der Gruppe von Wirtschaftsteilnehmern, an die der Auftrag vergeben werden soll:
If a group of tenderers is established, it will be obliged to submit a legally binding declaration signed by all of its members together with the request to participate (the form is contained in the tender documents). The form must contain:
— a declaration from the members that they will establish a consortium if their tender is successful,
— a list of all members and the name of one member who will act as the authorised representative of the others for the purpose of concluding and implementing the contracts,
— a confirmation that the authorised representative is the legal representative of all of the tenderers/consortium members in relation to the contracting entity,
— an undertaking that all of the members will be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract,
— details of the services to be performed by each individual member.

— troubleshooting of offshore wind turbine generators (weighting 30 points),
— maintenance of offshore wind turbine generators (weighting 30 points).
The up to 5 tenderers with the highest points from the scale above will be invited to the negotiated procedure.
