The plans should identify existing and potential hazards, threats, risk assessment and risk mitigation measures. The contractor is required engage responsible stakeholders including different administrative levels, such as the relevant Directorates of Water in Dohuk and the Surveillance Directorate of Environment. 1) At least three reference projects in the technical field ‘planning of water supply systems incl. treatment works’ and at least three reference project in MENA region incl. Iraq in the last 3 years.
2) The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of EUR 250 000.00.
