— an up-to-date extract from the commercial register (no older than 6 months) must be provided.

Professional liability insurance

— insurer’s certificate showing that a professional liability policy is in place, stating the cover limits (per loss and per period of insurance) for property damage, personal injury and financial loss and/or bidder’s declaration that it will possess such a professional liability policy at the time the supplies are made.

Public liability insurance

— insurer’s certificate of the existence of a public liability insurance policy, stating the cover limits (per loss and per period of insurance) for property damage, personal injury and financial loss and/or bidder’s declaration that it will possess such a public liability policy at the time the supplies are made.

Revenue

— bidder must provide information about its total revenue and the revenue of the business segment comparable to the subject-matter of the tender competition (last 3 years if possible).

Financial information/annual financial statements

— bidder must provide an up-to-date credit report (no older than 6 months) e.g. Schufa, CreditReform.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Knowledge of German

— bidder’s declaration that the intended personnel will possess a command of the German language at level C2 at the time the supplies are made.

Foreign languages

— when working for 50Hertz GmbH: bidder’s declaration that the intended personnel will possess a command of the English language at level C2 at the time the supplies are made.

When working for Elia Transmission SA: bidder’s declaration that the intended personnel will possess a command of the English, Dutch and French language at level C2 at the time the supplies are made.

Project references

— at least three reference projects no older than 3 years comparable with the tendered specifications are to be handed in. Reference projects shall be listed stating at least the following information:

• project name,

• project description,

• name of the contractor,

• business sector of the contractor,

• duration of the services provided,

• volume,

• contact person of the contractor (if possible),

• implementation method.
