Please describe your shipping concept incl. e.g. selected transportation (e.g. vessel, barges) and describe the seafastening concept for MP.

Free production/manufacturing capacity for minimum 20 pcs up to 70 pcs of Monopiles in the time period between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024 shall be declared under considerations of restriction of e.g. production capacity reservation, orders of other customers or any other reason.

The monopile dimensions are expected to be:

— top outer diameter of up to 8 m;

— bottom outer diameter of up to 10 m;

— MP lengths of up to 80 m.

Please inform about free capacity in total within the before-mentioned production time incl. manufacturing output of MP/week and provide underlying production schedule — starting of with order placement up to the available capacity in production between 20 and 70 MP.

Please describe your 1. current and 2. planned capacities in ‘x.x MP/week’, capabilities and dimensional limitations for fabrication of monopiles.

Please describe your present production concept, quality, fabrication time, coating capabilities etc. and your future planning to optimise your capabilities and capacities for MP production.

Concept of rework of Monopiles required for potential damage during transport to marshalling harbour Eemshaven/Netherlands.

Please describe process and set-up for potential rework at the marshalling harbour incl. workplace preparation, equipment used and planned number and qualification of employees.

Prove that the company has an appropriate number of qualified employees which are required to provide the required service, job profiles shall be attached as examples.

Please describe your typical project team set-up. Information about permanent employees in specialised areas like welding, corrosion protection, quality assurance, production planning, purchasing, subcontractor management, etc.; please indicate number of employees and temporary employees for the years 2017/2018/2019.
