The assumed scope will comprises between 90 km and 120 km of array cable divided in up to 70 individual cable connections. The detailed scope is subject to change but will likely include the following works (including all associated (required) engineering works, studies, method statements, documentations, interface engineering, etc.):

1) Pre-lay geophysical route survey;

2) Pre-lay geotechnical route survey;

3) Procurement of array cables;

4) Procurement of cable protection system (CPS);

5) Procurement of accessories;

6) Pre-lay grapnel run (PLGR);

7) Salvage of out of service cable ODIN1 incl. detection survey;

8) Onshore fitting-test trials;

9) Cable Loadout and Transport to site;

10) CPS loading and Transport to site;

11) Installation of cable crossings at AC-1 cable (incl. Procurement of required material);

12) Cable laying (incl. cable route design);

13) Cable trenching (incl. burial assessment study (BAS) and in-/out-survey);

14) Procurement and installation of messenger wires;

15) Installation of CPS;

16) Cable pull-in, routing, stripping and termination at foundations and converter;

17) Cable testing;

18) Fibre-optic routing, termination and testing;

19) As-built survey (video and depth of cover);

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Proof of project work during the last 4 years regarding planing, engineering and design, production (or procurement and control of production) and installation of submarine power cables (Inter Array Cables or Export Cables) with DP2 vessels for offshore wind parks

Proof of experience as EPCI contractor for array cable projects. Or as an alternative extensive experience as EPCI contractor for any type of submarine cable in combination with experience as installation contractor for array cable projects (minimum 2 projects during last 5 years - one of the 2 references shall be not older than 1 year).

Proof (self-declaration) of access to/and availability of:

— engineering/design capacities

— production and storage capacities for minimum voltage 66 kV submarine array cable with a total windpark length > 100 km and a minimum production length without factory joints of 1 500 m, possibility of fabrication in different cross-sections;

— production and storage capacities for adequate cable protections systems (CPS);

— installation tools and devices and sea going vessels;

— installation and commissioning capacities.

To be able to meet the given timeline assumptions

Proof of production of minimum of 100 km cable according to the following standards:

— DIN VDE 0276-620:2010-11

— DIN VDE 0278-629-1:2009-07

— DIN EN 61442; VDE 0278-442:2006-01

— IEC 60502-2 Ed. 3.0

— IEC 60502-4

Alternatively, equivalent standards for high voltage cables maybe proposed for consideration if criterion cannot be met otherwise.

Proof (self -declaration) that cables will be manufactured and stored closer to the project site than 4000 nautical miles of sea route distance.

Prove that the company has an appropriate number of qualified employees which are required to provide the required service, job profiles shall be attached as examples.

Presentation of the usual ordering, delivery, service and acceptance processes

Designation of any subcontractors, including their address.

Annual financial reports for the past 3 years.

Commercial register extract

Reference list with at least 5 reference customers, about the significant assignments that were comparable in terms of content and scope in the last 5 financial years and a brief description stating the client, the order content and the order volume, including a contact person and their contact details.

The scope of this Tender refers to the Inter array grid ("IAG)" package of the OWF, which is an EPCI contract, covering engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and testing regarding the array cable, accessories and others. The currently assumed IAG scope/package contains of 90 km to 120 km of array cable divid-ed in up to assumingly 64 to 70 individual cable connections. Currently, the He Dreiht project is at a stage of development, which still considers several potential aspects influencing the layout of the wind farm. The final cable layout still depends on various other work packages such as WTG with its supplier, type, quantity and other fac-tors. Therefore, changes in terms of IAG/cable layout, design, cable length, quantity and also cable type shall be expected. APPENDIX E and APPENDIX F show an exemplary scenario of about 107 km and 70 individual cable connections. This example shall serve as a basis for the start of this Tender, and is subject to adjustments and changes during the Tender Process. The anticipated final scope is expected to be in the above mentioned range of km and num-ber of connections. Assumingly the IAG layout can be clarified by end of Q2 2021 and Tender-ers will be updated by the tendering company accordingly. Any changes in the IAG scope may translate to changes of the tender value accordingly. The scope mainly includes, but is not limited to, the following works (including all associated (required) engineering works, studies, method statements, documentations, interface engi-neering etc.): 1.
