For the developments in the area of bioelectronic medicines it is necessary to optimise thin flexible organic encapsulation by hydrophobic and quasi-hermetic layers. For this purpose Parylene C + ALD layers have already been shown to lead to promising results. We are therefore looking for deposition equipment for Parylene C and ALD layers. In order to avoid contamination and decreased adhesion between layers it is necessary to perform both deposition processes in one chamber.
