FMS-SG is looking to identify recruitment agencies as framework partners to ensure that recruitment needs are handled timely, effectively and to a high standard. Working with selected recruitment agencies as framework partners will allow FMS-SG to build a relationship with selected recruitment partners which in turn will ensure that those agencies understand FMS-SG culture and needs, which will result in more successful long-term placement of candidates.
FMS-SG expects mainly permanent positions within Public Sector, Risk area but will also cover vacancies from other parts of our business. Vacancies will be from a Specialist to an Expert level. Around 15 vacancies over the 4 years are expected.
Objectives of the recruitment agencies should be:
-To identify qualified and high-quality candidates for the given recruitment need
-To successfully provide candidates to whom FMS-SG makes an offer following a recruitment process
The recruitment agencies services will include the following responsibilities:
-To gain a thorough understanding of recruitment need for each vacancy that arises
-To identify qualified and high-quality candidates for the given recruitment need through the agency’s existing network and through external searches utilising a variety of channels
-To conduct a thorough interview process, including one face-to-face meeting (unless the candidate is abroad or a face-to-face interview is not possible due to logistical reasons) with any potential candidates prior to the CVs being shared with FMS-SG to ensure technical suitability for the role and cultural fit
-To submit CVs with a brief agency summary of the candidate and a separate note on candidate’s salary expectations and notice period.
-To liaise regularly with the identified candidates and FMS-SG throughout the recruitment process and to manage all communication and an interview coordination between the parties
-To present any offers to the identified candidates in a professional manner and upon verbal acceptance, to provide the contact details for the candidate to FMS-SG
-To check at least 2 references (FMS-SG format) for each candidate who is offered a role at FMS-SG and to provide the references to FMS-SG
The following aspects should be a standard requirement in the working relationship with the agencies:
-One dedicated account manager and contact person for FMS-SG at each agency
-Weekly updates on progress once the recruitment process has commenced
-All candidates have to be interviewed by agency first
-Candidates to be presented to FMS-SG with salary expectations and availability
