In addition, certain Cable Design Engineering Services are to be performed by the most economic bidders prior to award for a fixed sum.

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:
(a) languages: Agreement on the principles regarding languages as described in the introduction of the selection questionnaire (SQ);
(b) exclusion grounds according §§ 123, 124 GWB: Confirmation that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to §§ 123, 124 GWB with regard to our company and, if applicable, those from whom the suitability is borrowed;
(c) code of conduct: confirmation of the employer's code of conduct;
(d) minimum wages: confirmation that paid wages are compliant with the statutory minimum wage or collectively agreed remuneration regulations are obeyed, where applicable;
(e) financial information: submission of a financial report from an independent credit rating company (Credit Safe, Dun and Bradstreet, Graydon or equivalent);
(f) company information: submission of a powerpoint presentation of the company, an organisation chart showing the main Business Units and a short company presentation;
(g) subcontracting: submission of subcontracting information as mentioned in the SQ if there is intention of using subcontracting to deliver the scope of this procurement procedure.

Submarine cables:
(a) PQ-Test: Submission of a successfully completed PQ-Test according to Cigré TB 490 section 3 for min. 220 kV submarine cable;
(b) type-test: Submission of a successfully completed type-test for a min. 220 kV Cu 3-phase submarine cable or Al equivalent (according to latest Cigré recommendation);
(c) delivery reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for delivery of min. 220 kV submarince cable of min. 1000 mm
Submarine Cable Installation:
(d) cable laying/burial reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for completed cable laying/burial operations of min. 110 kV 800 mm
(e) offshore Jointing operations reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for offshore jointing operations, such as cable end recovery, joint deployment and burial of min. 110 kV 800 mm
(f) Pull-In operations at landfall reference: Submission of at least 1 (one) reference for either self-conducted or supervised cable pull-in operations at landfall with min. 110 kV 800 mm
(g) Underground Cable project reference: Submission of at least 1 (one) reference for an either self-conducted or supervised onshore underground-cable project of min. 110 kV 800 mm
(h) Quality Management: Submission of information on Quality Certification.
(i) Health and Safety Statistics: Submission of safety statistics of the Candidate.
(j) Health and Safety: Submission of information on Health and Safety Certification as well as Healt and Safety organisation.
(k) Environment: Submission of information on Environmental Certification.
