The scope of work for this tender and the Contractors responsibility shall comprise the procurement, manufacturing, factory testing, packing, and supply of the Water cooled Chiller units up to port of import, on a lump-sum basis, considering the design criteria defined in this specification.

Self-declaration on exclusion grounds and eligibility in the contract award procedure (§ 123, § 124 GWB, § 19 MiLoG)

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit: General company's net turnover in the last three years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Mindeststandards:

A net annual turnover over the previous three years of more than EUR 400.000 in the field of cooling systems.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

At least three reference projects in the field of cooling systems in the last three years.

Manufacturer's quality assurance system must be approved in terms of ISO 9001: 2008 or equivalent.

Mindeststandards:

In the last three years prior to this bid, the bidder has gained experience in the field of cooling systems and can substantiate this with at least three reference projects.

- At least one Project in Middle East and/or Africa

- At least three units supplied with cooling capacity over 500 kW

The Manufacturer's quality assurance system must be approved in terms of ISO 9001: 2008 (or latest version). A copy of the ISO 9001 registration certificate applicable to each item of the specification shall be submitted with this bid.

According to Article 160, Section 3 of the German Act Against Restraint of Competition (GWB), application for review is not permissible insofar as

Sentence 1 does not apply in the case of an application to determine the invalidity of the contract in accordance with Article 135, Section 1 (2). Article 134, Section 1, Sentence 2 remains unaffected.
