Production, Transport and Installation of a HV electrical grid connection system incl. ancillary systems, accessories and parts for the interconnector Hansa PowerBridge (cable system between Onshore Substation Güstrow and Onshore Substation Hurva).

(a) Languages: Agreement on the principles regarding languages as described in the introduction of the selection questionnaire (SQ)

(b) Exclusion grounds according §§ 123, 124 GWB: Confirmation that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to §§ 123, 124 GWB with regard to our company and, if applicable, those from whom the suitability is borrowed.

(d) Minimum wages: Confirmation that paid wages are compliant with the statutory minimum wage or collectively agreed remuneration regulations are obeyed, where applicable.

(e) Financial information: Submission of a financial report from an independent credit rating company (Credit Safe, Dun and Bradstreet, Graydon or equivalent).

(f) Company information: Submission of a PowerPoint presentation of the company, an organisation chart showing the main Business Units and a short company presentation.

(g) Subcontracting: Submission of subcontracting information as mentioned in the SQ if there is intention of using subcontracting to deliver the scope of this procurement procedure.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

a) One HVDC XLPE (main insulation) submarine cable EPCI project (rated voltage U0 minimum 300 kV)

1) Minimum 30 km submarine cable offshore route

2) Submarine cable shall include factory joint

3) This reference may not have been finalized earlier than year 2000. “Finalized” meaning successfully performed tests after installation made to demonstrate the integrity of the HVDC cable system.

4) This reference must be finalized latest 15.11.2022.

5) If this reference is not finalized at the time limit (deadline) for requests to participate (see also section IV.2.2 in the corresponding contract notice) the applicant has to present a proof of contract award of the intended reference project.

6) If the applicant is not able to prove latest 15.11.2022, that this reference is finalized the applicant/tenderer is not qualified to complete the tender process and will not be qualified for contract award.

b) One HVDC extruded or lapped insulation system submarine cable EPCI project, (rated voltage U0 minimum 300 kV)

3) Submarine cable shall include planned and installed submarine cable field joint

4) This reference may not have been finalized earlier than year 2000. “Finalized” meaning successfully performed tests after installation made to demonstrate the integrity of the HVDC cable system.

5) This reference must be finalized at the time limit (deadline) for requests to participate (see also section IV.2.2 in the corresponding contract notice).

c) Successfully completed and officially verified prequalification test(s) (rated voltage U0 minimum 320 kV, HVDC XLPE) in accordance with Cigré TB496 or IEC 62895 (including cable, outdoor termination, pre-fabricated joint, and factory joint). “Officially verified” meaning a prequalification test certificate (including the report) signed by the representative of a competent witnessing body or a prequalification test certificate (including the report) issued by an independent test laboratory shall be acceptable as evidence of prequalification testing.

1) This reference shall be proved by submission of prequalification test report(s).

2) This reference must be fulfilled at the time limit (deadline) for requests to participate (see also section IV.2.2 in the corresponding contract notice).

The application for review proceedings before the public procurement tribunal is inadmissible if:
