Preparation phase

— preparation and provision of risk assessment and method statement;

— preparation and provision of task plan of offshore operation;

— preparation and provision of project time schedule;

— preparation and provision of technical equipment and material list;

— preparation and participation in kick off meeting.

Execution phase

— provision of a suitable crew transfer vessel by contractor;

— organisation of accommodation by contractor;

— daily reporting;

— execution of offshore operation (SOW1, SOW2 and SOW3).

Post-processing phase:

— preparation and provision of final documentation;

— preparation and participation in lessons learnt meeting.

Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:

1) Provision of excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt);

2) Provision of a company (consortium) presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level;

3) Provision of the signed declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (Kartellgesetz - GWB) - template has been uploaded by the tenderer.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit: No economic and financial suitability criteria in this tender.
Liste und kurze Beschreibung der Regeln und Kriterien:

1) Exclusively applicable law to the contract is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany;

2) The tenderer is aware that intentionally false information leads to an exclusion from the tendering process;

3) The tenderer expressly declares that errors, in particular calculation errors, and misjudgements form part of entrepreneurial risk and are at the tenderer's expense;

4) The request for participation submitted by the tenderer shall be binding until the end of the tendering procedure and the award of the contract by the contracting authority. The tenderer acknowledges that any additional information related to the request to participate will be submitted promptly within the tendering procedure in order to prove compliance with the requirements set out in the tender specifications;

5) TWB II reserves its right to award the contract on the basis of the initial bids without entering into negotiations (see § 11 XI VGV (German Procurement Regulations);

6) Attention is hereby drawn to the individual grounds for exclusion of a review procedure under Section 160 III GWB (German Act against Restraints of Competition). In particular, such proceedings are inadmissible if more than 15 calendar days have elapsed after receipt of the contracting authority's notification that it does not wish to remedy a complaint (see Section 160 III No 4 GWB);

7) With this request to participate Annex 1: NDA and Annex 2: 123 124 GWB are made available via DTVP — German awarding portal. A signed version of each document (annexes) is requested to be returned via DTVP.

2) Experiences with H2 and Cl sensors- in terms of testing, fault diagnostics and software adaption during the last 3 years 2018-2020 (evaluation: 1-3 projects = 1 point, 4-10 projects = 2 points, >10 projects = 3 points, 1 additional point in case of experience with Draeger sensors and Polytron software) [0 points leads to disqualification];

3) Experiences with mechanical works -on secondary and tertiary offshore steel structures evaluation during the last 3 years 2018-2020: 3-9 projects = 1 point, 10-15 projects = 2 points, >15 projects = 3 points) [0 points leads to disqualification].
