The project is divided in to two lots.

OST-6-1 Lot 1 West is for the production, Transport and Installation of 2 (two) HV electrical grid connection systems incl. ancillary systems, accessories and parts for the grid connection OST-6-1 (cable systems between Offshore Substation West and Onshore Substation i.R. Gnewitz) with a total route length of approximately 71 km per cable system (142 km total length), each route consists of approximately 33 km onshore cable route and 38 km offshore cable route.

In addition, certain Cable Design Engineering Services are to be performed by the most economic bidders prior to award for a fixed sum for each Lot as described above.

Gnewitz) with a total route length of approximately 88 km, consisting of approximately 33km onshore cable route and 55 km offshore cable route, and 1 (one) HV by-pass system incl. ancillary systems, accessories and parts for the grid connection OST-6-1 (cable systems between Offshore Substation West and Onshore Substation East) with an approximate route lenght of 21 km.

Submarine cables:

(a) PQ-Test: Submission of a successfully completed PQ-Test according to Cigré TB 490 section 3 for min. 220 kV submarine cable and land cable systems;

(b) type-test: Submission of a successfully completed type-test for a min. 220 kV Cu 3-phase submarine- and landcable system or Al equivalent (according to latest Cigré recommendation);

(c) delivery reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for delivery of min. 220 kV submarince cable of min. 1200 mm2 Cu 3-phase cable or Al equivalent for commissioned projects or projects in execution, where cables are already produced and delivered of a cable length of >= 20 km.

Submarine Cable Installation:

(d) cable laying/burial reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for completed cable laying/burial operations of min. 110 kV 800 mm2 submarine cables with min. length of accumulated 100 km during the last 5 years;

(e) offshore Jointing operations reference: submission of at least 1 (one) reference for offshore jointing operations, such as cable end recovery, joint deployment and burial of min. 110 kV 800 mm2 submarine cables during the last 5 years;

(f) Pull-In operations at landfall reference: Submission of at least 1 (one) reference for either self-conducted or supervised cable pull-in operations at landfall with min. 110 kV 800 mm2 submarine cables during the last 5 years.

(g) Underground Cable project reference: Submission of at least 1 (one) reference for an either self-conducted or supervised onshore underground-cable project of min. 110 kV 800 mm2, where cable route did include HDD and open trenches, during the last 5 years.

(h) Quality Management: Submission of information on Quality Certification.

(i) Environmental Management: Submission of information on Environmental Certification.

(j) Health and Safety: Submission of information on Health and Safety Certification.

The application for review proceedings before the public procurement tribunal is inadmissible if:
