All these global projects need special expertise during the next years. With this tender we look for a team of Experts in the area of: Project Management / Business Analyse.
The IT project manager should support the GIZ staff in implementing small digitalisation projects. Therefore, she or he must manage the project, the requirements, the different stakeholders and external or internal implementors. Especially she or he must perform the following tasks:
- Setting up and implementing one or more?digitalisation?projects?
- Is responsible for the project implementation
- Is responsible for user centric design and requirements engineering
- Is able to work in an agile ore waterfall environment
- Is responsible for the project control
- Is responsible for the communication of the project
- Is supporting the GIZ staff

With this tender we look for a team of Experts in the area of: Project Management / Business Analyse.
- Setting up and implementing one or more?digitalisation?projects?(E.g. Clarification of the scope and structure of the project, stakeholder analysis)
- Is responsible for the project implementation (E.g. requirements engineering, change management, coordinating the tasks and the project team, risk management, testing, trial operation, transfer into regular operation, documentation, planning)
- Is responsible for the project control (E.g. representing the project in steering committees, time and material budgeting and reporting to different stakeholders)
- Is responsible for the communication of the project (E.g. The status to stakeholders or conducting brief information about the goal and scope)
- Is supporting the GIZ staff (E.g. in procurement processes for external providers, implementing of tenders, Quality assurance of project results incl. deliverables)

1. At least 4 reference projects in the technical field "IT project management" and at least 3 reference projects in "Business Analysis or (Agile) Requirements Engineering" and at least 4 reference projects in "International Development Aid" in the last 3 years.
