Delivery of two 12Unit CubeSats flight models for the use as research objects to the DLR Site in Trauen (D-29328 Faßberg/Germany)

The Responsive Space Cluster Competence Center (RSC3) does research on satellite solutions to enable a fast, flexible and feasible restoration of lost space-based capabilities. Most of these attributes can be achieved best by micro satellites (<100kg). The most common standard in this regard is the so-called CubeSat standard, For this purpose, two 12Unit (12U) CubeSat flight models must be procured as research objects for Responsive Space Capabilities as described in the Specifications. The delivery date of 30th of January 2023 must be met for all components. The services described in the specifications must be completed with an effect on the accounts by 28th of February 2023. The name of the client, the name of the mission, the size of the satellite, the components delivered with reference to the subject of the order, the delivery date and the start date should be mentioned. The details of the names of the clients and the mission can of course be anonymized if this is required by existing agreements with the clients. (But: Upon request, the bidder also submits the name of the client and contact details for the reference orders named in the offer at short notice. This serves to ensure that the information on the references can be checked in more detail if the awarding authority considers this to be useful. All information will of course also be treated confidentially in this case. Based on our experience, however, we do not expect that this will be necessary at all. 8.
