The subsequent contractual partner is responsible for all tasks associated onshore with the refitting and reuse of offshore main bearing units (MBU) as well as offshore with the provision of a suitable vessel, equipment and personnel for the exchange of MBU.

1. ONSHORE WORKS: refitting and reuse of offshore MBU with all the associated work

a) Preparation: Project planning incl. planning of necessary supplies; concepts and protocols

b) Execution:

- Documentation and communication (DPR, protocols, progress reporting)

- Order for offshore return and reuse defect MBU: (1) Load in/handover defect MBUs; (2) Transport to de-assembly site; (3) De-assembly of defect MBUs; (4) Transport to overhaul site; (5) Refit rotor shaft (test plan, testing, evaluation); (6) Transport to assembly site; (7) Assembly bearing set und rotor shaft; (8) Storage; (9) Transport from storage to quayside for load out

- Provision of transport and lifting equipment

c) Post-processing: Final documentation of refitting and testing; lessons learnt

2. OFFSHORE WORKS: provision of vessel, equipment and personnel for the exchange of the MBU with all the associated work

a) Preparation: Project planning; surveys and positions; marine and vessel documentation; GA and sea fastening setup; lifting plans; work procedure; HSE/bridging docs; equipment and tools (incl. maintenance and certification)

- Mob/demob vessel, equipment, personnel

1. Provision of excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt)

2. Provision of a company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level (separated in blue- / white-collar employees)

3. Provision of the signed declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (GWB) - a template was made available to the bidders

4. Provision of the signed declaration for EU sanctions against Russia - a template was made available to the bidders

Liste und kurze Beschreibung der Regeln und Kriterien:

1. Exclusively applicable law to the contract is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany

2. The tenderer is aware that intentionally false information leads to an exclusion from the tendering process.

3. The tenderer expressly declares that errors, in particular calculation errors, and misjudgements form part of entrepreneurial risk and are at the tenderer's expense.

4. The request for participation submitted by the tenderer shall be binding until the end of the tendering procedure and the award of the contract by the contracting authority. The tenderer acknowledges that any additional information related to the request to participate will be submitted promptly within the tendering procedure in order to prove compliance with the requirements set out in the tender specifications.

5. TWB II reserves its right to award the contract on the basis of the initial bids without entering into negotiations (see § 11 XI VGV (German Procurement Regulations).

6. Attention is hereby drawn to the individual grounds for exclusion of a review procedure under Section 160 III GWB (German Act against Restraints of Competition). In particular, such proceedings are inadmissible if more than 15 calendar days have elapsed after receipt of the contracting authority's notification that it does not wish to remedy a complaint (see Section 160 III No. 4 GWB).

7. With the participation application document (Annex 01), Annex 02 (Self-Declaration GWB), Annex 03 (NDA), Annex 04 (Self-Declaration for EU sanctions against Russia) and Annex 06 (project references template) are made available via DTVP - German awarding portal. A signed version of each document (annexes) is requested to be returned via DTVP.
