Kurze Beschreibung:
Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is working on developing the Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) He Dreiht in the German Bight. In total, EnBW will install 64 Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) and approx. 93 km of Inter Array Cables (IAC).
The OWF EnBW EnBW He Dreiht project is located approximately 85 km north of the island Borkum. It is located next to the windparks EnBW Hohe See and Albatros. The average water depth is 39 m, ranging from app. 37,7-40,6 mLAT, the water depths increase from SE-NW and the bathymetry show a very flat seafloor.

Closest construction supporting harbour facilities are in Emden and Eemshaven. The total surface of the OWF is 6.173,5 ha (+- 62 km²) and IAC cable length is +- 93km. The location of the area is demonstrated in document "HD_UXO_Introduction_He_Dreiht".

He Dreiht Project - UXO Survey High Level Scope of Work -
The CONTRACTOR shall carry out a UXO geophysical survey, whereby the related scope of work can be summarized as follows:
- Preparation and provision of all project documentation, amongst others - but not limited to - a Work Method Statement
- Project Management of the geophysical survey operations incl. collaboration environment for data provision and exchange (MsTeams)
- Supply of all equipment, vessels, personnel, etc. required to execute all works including permitting
- Calibration/validation of all equipment, and the reporting thereof, before commencing offshore Works
- Geophysical and UXO geophysical survey per a Scope of Work, the technical survey specifications, the applicable codes, industry standards, law, and legislation of the complete OWF. The size of the area to be surveyed is approximately 62 km².
- Locate anomalies on the seabed or buried beneath it (till the required depth of 2m)
- Confirm the location and condition of the existing seabed infrastructure in and close to the windfarm
- Determine the horizontal and vertical variations in seabed sediments
- Provision of raw data (per sailed line) and provision of raw data (per sailed line) of magnetometer (gradiometer) survey to EOD EXPERT
- Data processing (except magnetometer data) and reporting
- Provision of processed data
- Provision of Field Operations Report and Final Survey Report
- Internal QA/QC activities
- HSE activities
- Collaboration with 3rd parties
The CONTRACTOR shall be fully liable, under the potential Agreement, for the correctness and accuracy of any reports and the data submitted in relation to a Scope of Work
He Dreiht Project - UXO Identification & Clearance High Level Scope of Work -
The CONTRACTOR shall carry out a UXO ID&C campaign, whereby the related scope of work can be summarized as follows:
- Preparation and provision of all project documentation, amongst others, but not limited to a Work Method Statement.
- Project Management of the UXO ID&C operations.
- Supply of all equipment, vessels, personnel, etc. required to execute the Works.
- Calibration/validation of all equipment, and the reporting thereof, before commencing offshore Works.
- UXO ID&C as per a Scope of Work, the technical specifications for ID&C, the applicable codes, industry standards, law, and legislation.
- UXO disposal operations including noise mitigation systems and mammal protection
- Removal of any non-UXO/debris objects identified via wet store on the seabed outside the working area.
- Data processing of all pUXO targets investigated.
- Provision of raw data of all pUXO targets investigated.
- Provision of Field Operations Report.
- Internal QA/QC activities.
- HSE activities.
- Liase and collaborate with third parties.
