Supply, Installation and commissioning of PQS certified solar cooling devices suitable for the storage of vaccines as well as DC and AC Solar Home Systems. The procurement is divided into 10 lots for 5 different countries (Ethiopia, Liberia, Malawi, Mali and Senegal). The scope of work for each lot includes the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and instruction for different sites in the respective country. At the time of tender the exact locations might not be known for all sites. The exact locations will be shared latest upon awarding of the contract.

Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:

Self-declaration that there are no grounds for exclusion according to Section 123, Section 124 GWB and Section 2 WRegG. Submission of the declaration of compliance with the Code of Conduct for Contractual Relations with GIZ

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

General company´s net turnover in the last three years 2019, 2020, 2021.

An average net annual turnover over the previous three years (2019, 2020, 2021) of minimum 80% of the amount of the company's submitted offer in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (SDD fridges and/or PV-Systems).

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

At least four reference projects in the supply and installation of SDD fridges and/or PV-Systems in the last three years.

- The Manufacturer"s quality assurance system must be approved in terms of ISO 9001: 2008 (or latest version) or equivalent. A copy of the of the ISO 9001 (or equivalent) registration certificate shall be submitted with this bid.

- Proof (min. through self-declaration), that…

… the supplier can guarantee the implementation of service, maintenance and warranty matters as well as repair works through subsidiaries or business partners in the respective country (for each lot quoted). The names and contacts of said local agency shall be provided in the bidding forms.

… breakdown repair is guaranteed within the reaction times specified in Annex 1.

- Proof that the key personnel for each lot should possess the relevant qualification and working experience as indicated below:

Project management / vaccine logistics and/or stand-alone PV-system expertise / dispersed sites, experience in managing remote site installations and remote site O&M.

Electrical engineering with expertise in low voltage AC and DC, solar systems, O&M, remote monitoring, user-trainings and supervision of the installation assistances.

Assisstant who supports the installation process must have min. 2 years working experience in the field of PV-Installations.
