It consists of a vessel designed to keep sensitive parts of the detector in a hydrogen atmosphere of high purity at a nominal pressure of 20 bar. The vessel consists of two identical units / end caps. A basic detail of these parts is a cylindrical shell with outer diameter of 1020 mm and wall of 20 mm.
