JUGEND für Europa is looking for an experienced company to host, support, and develop the Youthpass web application (the Youthpass Tool). Youthpass is a means of recognizing the competences acquired by learners through their engagement in the EU youth programmes. The main purpose of the Youthpass web application is to enable the issuing of pdf Youthpass certificates to the learners in these programmes. The web application offers also the possibility to verify the authenticity of the certificates issued through the web application, and an access to the statistics of the issued Youthpass certificates.
