The project will focus on strengthening the capacities of TVET providers to offer inclusive access and quality training that responds to identified skills needs in targeted sectors: renewable energy/energy efficiency, agri-food/agro-processing, hospitality and sustainable tourism, ICT and creative industries, manufacturing including textiles. Direct target groups/beneficiaries of the project are: - Young people aged 15 to 35 with a specific focus on young women, representing 70% of participants in TVET programmes implemented, or supported by the project. - Public TVET colleges and private training providers that will benefit from institutional capacity development and improved training offers for youth, women, and other vulnerable groups. - Private businesses from pre-defined sectors with potentials in the green transformation and job creation.
