Services of disposal of decommissioned ICT hardware/ICT assets and decommissioned Facility Management electronic assets, together with the related services, which include, purchasing such assets from the EPO, data destruction/wiping, dismantling, recycling, upcycling or refurbishment and possible reuse of electronic waste, as well as monitoring of and reporting including tracking the disposed assets.

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Proposals for variants, the effect of which would be to reduce significantly the rights and safeguards of the EPO, are not allowed. Questions submitted after the deadline for receipt of requests for clarification will not be answered. After expiry of the deadline, the questions submitted by others and the corresponding clarifications will be available in the BIDDING COCKPIT. Online meetings for the clarification of bids, if required, are planned to take place end of January 2026.
