Communication takes place exclusively via the project area of the GIZ awarding marketplace. The optional offer for Pos. 2 and 3 of the specification will not be considered in the evaluation. Depending on Projects Budget this option will be pulled upon conclusion of the contract. The bidder shall name the bank that is planned to be incorporated for issuing the bank guarantee upon submission of the offer. Solely internationally recognized credit institutions or those recognized by GIZ are to be accepted as guarantee banks. GIZ reserves the right to refuse credit institutions without disclosing further explanation. Additional cost for the advance payment guarantee shall be quoted with the offer in a separate position. Self-declaration that there are no grounds for exclusion according to Section 123, Section 124 GWB and Section 2 WRegG.

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

Company's net turnover in the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022).

An average net annual turnover of more than EUR 2.500.000,00 in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (supply and installation of gas-piston generators or CHP (BHKW) in the years 2020, 2021, 2022.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Proof of experience in the supply and installation of gas-piston generators or CHP (BHKW), substantiated with at least three reference projects in the last three years prior to this bid (2020, 2021,2022)

The Manufacturer"s quality assurance system must be approved in terms of ISO 9001: 2008 (or latest version) or equivalent. A copy of the of the ISO 9001 (or equivalent) registration certificate shall be submitted with this bid.

Proof (min. through self-declaration), that the supplier can guarantee the implementation of service, maintenance as well as repair works through subsidiaries or business partners in Lviv. The names and contacts of said local agency shall be provided in the bidding forms.

A confirmation by the subsidiaries or business partners in Lviv that they will provide the implementation of service, maintenance as well as repair works has to be given before conclusion of the contract.

The Conditions of the contract for works and materials, the special contractual terms as well as the General Purchase Conditions (GPC) - version of July 2023 of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH apply to all bids. They will form an integral part of the contract when it is awarded to the selected bidder.
