Kurze Beschreibung:

Scope: Manufacturing and delivery of high voltage Busbar Protection Systems and theprovision of related services in TenneTs grid in Germany.

The tendering process consists of 2 phases:

Phase 1: Selection phase

Phase 2: Offer phase; after the selection of candidates, TenneT will directly start the Offerphase with a Call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, Negotiation (incl. validation phase/Proof ofConcept), Best and Final Offer, final awarding)

TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided tender information and documents.

After approval of the NDA the candidate will be added to the tender in Mercell.

- Declaration to the SchwarzArbG and AEntG, AufenthG and MiLoG

- Declaration to central register. Last two years the candidate has not been fined more thanthree months' imprisonment or more than 90 daily rates or more than €2,500 for a breach ofregulations which led to entry in the central register of Trades or Companies

- Declaration to turnover and headcount. Total turnover in Europe and turnover within thespecific field of busbar protection systems

- NDA

- Form for confirmation of participation

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

- Presentation of references that are part of the ENTSO-E grid. The more references areshown, the better the final score

- Reference with connected bays to the busbar protection at least in a two-busbarconfiguration with bus-coupler. The more references are shown, the better the final score

- Three references should show candidates experience with the development, production,and delivery of busbar protection systems in an extra high voltage grid (≥220kV).

Möglicherweise geforderte Mindeststandards

- Proof of an existing Quality Assurance System by the presentation of certificates accordingto ISO 9001 (or comparable).

- Proof that an ISO 27001-compliant information security management system (ISMS) hasbeen implemented.

Or a signed statement to confirm that the ISMS certificate will be available by the date ofBAFO.

- Distributed busbar protection system consisting of bay units and central unit(s) applied ina extra high voltage grid (≥220kV) in all three references.

Liste und kurze Beschreibung der Regeln und Kriterien:

The application documents referred to in sections III.1.1. to III.1.3.) "Conditions ofparticipation" are to be provided in digital form (in standardized data formats, such as PDFand MS Office format etc.) exclusively by upload on the tender platform Mercell. Pre-submission of the application documents by e-mail, fax or by post is not permitted and maylead to an exclusion from the tender process.

The requests to participate during the call for competition phase must be submitted IN DUETIME and COMPLETE by the deadline (see section IV.2.2). Please make use of the Formsprovided via Mercellwhere applicable. Late submissions cannot be considered. Incompletesets of documents may lead to exclusion from the tender process.

In the event that different bidders join together to form a consortium, the client will onlyaccept a joint liability of the members of the consortium.

Moreover, in any case of joint bidding, the exact bidder constellation has to be explained andthe legal construction needs to be visualized. The bidder/consortium structure provided inthe call for competition phase is considered as fixed and may not change in the furthertender process.
