1 pc. dry coating line with options:
3.2.1.15 Function rolls: Option for a temperature of the function rolls up to 200 °C.
3.2.1.16 Functional rolls: Each functional roll can be heated individually
3.2.1.23 Accessibility: The installation space below the two carrier film rolls remains free in length and width at least equal to the roll diameter, so that inline sensors, cutting and suction devices can be installed in this area.
3.2.1.25 Extraction unit: Addition of a common extraction unit for all radio-tion rolls to item 3.2.1.24 in order to be able to extract the excess material (if necessary in combination with item 3.3.3.6).

3.3.3.6 Removal of off-cuts: The off-cuts are sucked off directly inline and collected in a separate unit provided with the plant (if necessary, combined with item 3.2.1.24).
4.2.1 Handling of the winding core incl. coil with an inner diameter of 3'' must be ensured with a coil diameter of max. 500 mm and a winding core with a length of min. 600 mm. The maximum load of the handling/transport system must be 400 kg.
4.3.10 2x line sensors for determining the coating thickness in the edge area of the coating.
4.3.12 System for weight per unit area measurement of the dry coating. Applicable to both anode and cathode with the following minimum requirements:
- Measurement principle debatable, but not beta emitter.
- Measurement accuracy of the substrate foil over the entire measurement range < 0.5% (anode: copper and cathode: aluminum) (if required for meaningful use with the system offered)
- Measurement accuracy of the coating over the entire measurement range < 0.5% (anode and cathode)
- sampling rate < 10 1/ms
- Width of the physical measuring spot on the product in web direction < 10mm
4.3.14 Surface inspection system: defect detection by camera or similar, after lamination, before rewinding - minimum resolution per pixel (length x width) ≤ 50 x 50 µm.
4.3.15 For the involvement of external companies/research institutions to integrate external metrology modules during system assembly, cost rates for the employees involved on the contractor side for mechanical and electrical design, as well as for software development must be stated.
4.4.1 Laser marking (Data Matrix Code) on a 20 mm uncoated arrester of the coated electrode web (located between lamination and winding) at maximum web speed.
4.4.2 Code reading device inline: Installation of reading device for reading markings on the electrode surface at maximum web speed.
4.4.3 Code reading device input materials: Hand scanner for reading markings from input materials and linking with order
4.4.4 Marking at batch level: The coated coil or its carrier must be made identifiable for subsequent processes after the process with a marking (e.g. label, inkjet, laser)
6.5.1 Within the scope of the supplier's AfterSales Service, an increased priority and guaranteed response time shall therefore be given to all concerns regarding the functionality of the system.
