Kurze Beschreibung

The Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR) will be one of the leading-edge particle accelerator facilities for basic research as well as applied science experiments. The FAIR project is an international collaboration of 16 partner organisations. The project is currently being built at the GSI complex and is designed to work in conjunction with the existing GSI system.

Beschreibung der Beschaffung

For the High Energy Beamtransferlines (HEBT), 15 vacuum chambers for dipole magnets are required. These are operated in a pressure range of 1x10-7 - 1x10-8 mbar. They are rectangular vacuum chambers with different bending radii and lengths. One of the vacuum chambers requires a bellows on one side. The material to be used and the individual criteria can be found in the specification and drawings

- 6.1 Proof of commercial liability insurance (To be submitted with the participation request by means of self-declaration): "Proof of a commercial liability insurance must be provided with the following coverage:
- for material damage of EUR 5.0 million per claim
- for damage to persons of EUR 5.0 million per claim"

Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (or comparable certification) (To be submitted with the participation request by means of third party confirmation): Qualification profiles of the persons who will actually deliver the service, with evidence of a high degree of internal independence and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as evidence of extensive experience in setting up, structuring and successfully organising and leading large teams
- 14. Information about technical equipment, QM/QS, R&D (To be submitted with the participation request by means of third party confirmation): Description of technical equipment, steps taken by the company to ensure quality and the company's investigation and research capabilities.

If the person making the declaration is not named in the request to participate, the request to participate will be deemed to have not been submitted.
- 5. Act Regulating a General Minimum Wage (Mindestlohngesetz - MiLoG) (To be submitted with the participation request by means of self-declaration): Declaration as per Section 19 (3) MiLoG - FAIR preprinted form
- 8. Proofs for subcontractors (To be submitted with the participation request by means of self-declaration): "The name and address of each intended subcontractor must be given when submitting the tender.
Each subcontractor used must meet the same suitability criteria as the primary contractor. Suitable proof for each subcontractor must be submitted.

- 9. Russia sanctions - Declaration on Regulation (EU) 833/2014 (To be submitted with the participation request by means of self-declaration): On 08.04.2022, the Council of the European Union adopted Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. This entered into force on 09.04.2022. As a regulation, it has direct legal effect in the member states and has a direct impact on the award of public contracts and concessions.

The evaluation is based on the price-quotient method. Price and performance are assigned the weighting factors:

The offers are evaluated in relation to each other.

FAIR reserves the right to negotiate only with the three Bidders whose initial tenders have received the highest scores in the preliminary evaluation.
