The subject shall be the supply, delivery, after-sales sercice and supply chain management of the following supplies to Sierra Leone: - Balance of system solar electricity equipment - Pico solar electricity products The materials tendered were part of a previous tender (2014/S 183-322640 Lots 4 and 6). The tender procedure for these two lots has been unsuccessful, as no qualitatively worthwile offer has been received.
