European Aviation Safety Agency

The European Aviation Safety Agency (hereinafter 'the Agency') is an agency of the European Union, which has been given specific regulatory and executive tasks in the field of aviation safety. Set up in 2003 the Agency currently employs more than 500 professionals from across Europe and has its main working language in English.
The purpose of the contemplated multiple framework contract is to provide the Agency's Rulemaking Directorate with highly qualified external expertise to ensure objectivity and high-level technical services to support the Rulemaking Directorate's activities in the areas of (preliminary) impact assessments and evaluations (including any associated supportive services) of EASA's rules in the fields of aviation environmental protection (lot 1) and aviation safety (lot 2). Assignments under this framework contract shall be implemented by specific contracts (after reopening of competition with a maximum of 6 selected contractors for each lot).
