DEG wishes to implement a payment-, cash-, and liquidity management system ("CMS"). It needs to be considered that DEG have a strategy to use SAP as an integrated IT-solution. Based on this, the CMS which will be selected should be fully integrated into SAP. The objectives are as follows:
— further automate the payment process, which currently contains several manual workarounds, in order to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks,
— achieve a full and up-to-date visibility of the cash- and currency positions, as a basis for limit monitoring and performing daily cash- and liquidity management activities,
— further improve and automate liquidity planning (cash forecasting), both on the short-, medium- and longer term as a basis for liquidity risk reporting- and management (e.g. determining the required liquidity buffer) and optimizing the funding structure.
To realize the improvement objectives, DEG seeks an implementation partner that has both the ability to design a blueprint for payment-/ cash management and liquidity planning which serves as a basis for adopting the internal process design (SFO) as well as for the IT solution. The bidder's offered solution contains the design, development, delivery, support and local training.

c) Number of qualified own staff

d) Track record of similar implementations and references of the last three years
