Diesel bunkering to the BW II offshore substation

Main service to be provided is the regular supply of batches of 100 cubic metre to 120 cubic metre of Diesel Type EN590 during the WTG installation campaign to the BWII offshore substation. Deliveries are at request by TWB. The supply vessels shall be suitable for bunkering operations and be equipped with redundant fuel pumps. Fuel bunkering shall be combined with the supply of fresh water, the disposal of black water and the transport of other minor cargoes to and from the offshore substation.
The BWII offshore substation is under normal conditions unmanned. TWB will ensure there are qualified operators on the substation during bunkering for supervision and to operate and monitor the substation systems. Communication will be established via the Tetrafunk system of the BWII offshore wind farm. Tetrafunk handhelds will be provided by TWB.
The two substation water tanks for fresh and black water are both 3 m³ tank containers. The supply of fresh water is done by means of mobile 1 m³ tanks which are lifted with the substation crane off the deck of the supply vessel and onto the substation. Having the fresh water pumped to the 3 m³ tanks, the three 1 m³ tanks then return empty to the supply vessel and will be used for the next delivery of fresh water to the substation. The disposal of black water concerns the blackwater in the 3 m³ black water substation tank.
If required by TWB, the transport of other cargoes, e.g. mobile power generators or 10' containers to and from the offshore wind farm, are also within the scope of work.

It must contain: — excerpt from the trade register or similar register according to III.2.1 EU announcement; — written acceptance of German law in case of awarding the contract according to III.2.1 EU announcement; — declaration about total revenue of the completed last three years according to III.2.2 EU announcement; — declaration about revenue concerning works which are subject of this public tender procedure according to III.2.2 EU announcement; — declaration about the reliability of the bidderand about the compliance with certain provisions of the German Criminal Code according to III.2.2 (please use the form, published under http://www.trianel.com/dieselbunkering.zip); — reference list concerning experience about bunkering of offshore platforms including the information requested according to III.2.3 EU announcement; — the price sheet, signed; — information about the response time in hours. Fuel bunkering must be performed at maximum within 7 days upon request (including the day of the request; “response time”). A tender will be deemed non-compliant if the bidder is not able to comply with the deadline of 7 days. — Supply vessel details according to chapter 8 of the Request for Proposal and the Technical Note, in particular minimum diesel storage levels and information about the possibility of bunkering in consideration of wave heights and wind. Please note that the latter aspects are defined as minum requirements in the Request for Proposal and the Technical Note in chapter 8. — quality procedures to ensure quality levels of diesel and fresh water supplies; — HSE plan. A certification of CAR-Insurance arranged by TWB is not needed in the stadium of submitting the bid. Kurze Beschreibung:

The BWII offshore substation is under normal conditions unmanned.
