The Contracting Authority intends to implement a market data management software solution for the management and administration of market data licences, vendors/services, users and costs including reporting of use, users, costs, invoicing, actuals, forecasts, budgets. The The system shall support all tasks related to the daily business of a market data manager at the Contracting Authority. The main goal is to have and maintain complete transparency of the market data landscape. The main functions needed are reporting, admin/controlling, management of market data licenses/contracts and costs.The system, while being a web-based, hosted solution, has to meet modern security standards. It is expected that the implementation/initial filling of the database be performed by the vendor of the product.
