Requested services in detail:
Preparation phase
— preparation and provision of risk assessment and method statement,
— preparation and provision of task plan of offshore operation,
— preparation and provision of project time schedule,
— preparation and provision of offshore operation time schedule at one location,
— preparation and provision of technical equipment and material list,
— preparation and participation in kick-off-meeting,
— procurement of equipment and materials.
Execution phase
— provision of a suitable vessel (at least DP2),
— mobilisation/demobilisation,
— transit to OWF and vice versa,
— daily reporting,
— execution of offshore operation.
Scope CPS Retrofit
— installation of corrective CPS retrofit at 2 WTG locations with tripod foundations,
— installation of preventive CPS retrofit at 2 WTG locations with tripod foundations,
— notes: area of Operation is the area between J-tube and touchdown point of the cable on the seabed, cables are active and in use.
Scope diffusor plate bolt exchange
— exchange of bolts and shim flange gaps at 4 locations (6 flanges each 2 bolts per location),
— note: diffusor plate is located under the central column of the tripod foundation.
Post-processing phase:
— preparation and provision on final documentation,
— preparation and participation in lessons-learnt-meeting.

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:
1) Excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt);
2) Company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level;
3) Declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (Kartellgesetz — GWB).
If a group of tenderers/consortium is established, all its members must submit the abovementioned information.
Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:
1) Company's turnover during the last 3 financial years;
2) Annual financial statements for a German tenderer/comparable documents for a foreign tenderer.
At the very last, the annual financial statements/financial reports/balance sheet must be provided. In case a group of tenderers/consortium, all members must supply these information/documents.
Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:
1) Company accreditation
— certified quality management (ISO 9001 or comparable),
— certified environment management (ISO 14001 or comparable),
— certified occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001 or comparable).
2) Experiences with diving works — in terms of moving, alignment and positioning of components subsea — of minimum 5 projects during the last 5 years;
3) Experiences with mechanical works — in terms of bolt exchanges — of minimum 5 projects during the last 5 years;
4) Availability of engineering capabilities (inhouse or longterm cooperation sufficient); if so: examples of engineered subsea solutions/support equipment/methodical approaches;
5) Possibility to provide a vessel with a positioning system of at least DP2;
6) Availability of suitable diving equipment including ROV.
