Submission of applications for participation/offers in paper form is no longer possible in this call for tenders. Participation in entries /offers received in paper form may be made by GMSH in the examination and evaluation of no longer be taken into account. For already registered economic operators, the process flow does not change.

The following documents must also be submitted with the application for participation:
7) Self-declaration that the contractor acknowledges the terms of tender and have not made cartel agreements, price fixing or similar agreements and the effectiveness of company-owned general terms and conditions (GTC) and, if they are on the back of business letters, used or otherwise attached to the application for participation, no effect.

Note: GMSH will obtain a commercial central register extract before the award of the contract.
Negotiations/Presentations are expected to take place in the eighth Week 2021.
Pre-qualification:
In order to demonstrate company-related expertise, efficiency, compliance with the law and reliability may be the certificate of registration in the official register of pre-qualified companies for the supply and service sector (
www.amtliches-verzeichnis.ihk.de). Additional documents required must be submitted in addition.
Valuation matrix:
The procurement documents provide a detailed evaluation matrix for the tenders.
