In close coordination with the project, the contractor is responsible for achieving the module indicator 2, the output indicator 2.2 and for contributing to the module indicators 3 and 5 as described in the TOR.
The module objective indicator 2 is:
50 % of the 1 800 newly trained and further trained persons (30 % of them women) from 12 supported institutions are employed or self-employed within 6 months after the end of the measure.

Module objective indicator 3 is:
The employment quality (increase in income, formalisation of the employment relationship, access to social and/or health insurance, improved occupational health and safety) of 4 000 employees in the supported cooperatives and MSMEs has improved.

The employment quality of 500 further trained employees in the selected value chains in terms of occupational health and safety is improved
Module objective indicator 5 is:
8 out of 10 decision-makers of key actors confirm that their human and institutional capacities to implement the VC approach have improved in line with their mandate.

The contractor is required to manage strategically the implementation of activities in order to achieve all objectives. The interventions shall be focused on selected economic sectors: tourism and hospitality, wood economy and the film sector with digitalization as a crosscutting topic in all sectors. The support of sub-sectors of the selected economic sectors will be further detailed in the joint yearly planning process of the contractor and Eco-Emploi. The contractor shall additionally focus on increasing the share of women in employment and management positions, as well as on promoting the employment of persons with disabilities.
The contractor shall be required to adapt flexibly to possible changes of demands or needs from the partner and shall, in close collaboration with the module, react and adjust accordingly.
