Nordsee One GmbH (N1)
The wind farm Nordsee One (N1) is located in the German Bight, approximately 32 km north of the island Juist. The water depth ranges roughly between 26 m and 34 m (LAT) with 2,7 m tidal range. Under operation are 54 Senvion wind turbine generators (WTG) of 6.2M126 type with a nominal output of 6.15 MW. The WTGs are erected on monopile foundations and the substation on a jacket foundation.
N1 wants to enter into a Service- and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for the Balance of Plant (BoP) (offshore substation, its jacket foundation and monopile foundations) with a long-term full-scope service, starting from 1 November 2022 until 31 October 2027. The main tasks of the scope will be maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled), inspection and repair of components including major components, management of spare parts, documentation and reporting of the tasks and all tasks which are necessary to keep the wind farm running safe and sustainable, while at the same time keeping the level of downtimes as low as possible and through a preventive maintenance approach schedule downtimes in time of low wind speed and other scheduled outages, like the TenneT platform, that provides the wind farm's grid connection. The scope shall include full logistics, base infrastructure, spare part procurement, monitoring, and control.
