In the present Invitation to Tender, one or more service providers are being sought to provide information services on the health care markets of Russia and the EEU and/or Mexico and/or Brazil. This includes the compilation of one monthly newsletter for the pharmaceutical industry and (in the case of Russia/EEU) one monthly newsletter for the medical technology/medical device industry. In addition to the monthly newsletters, the contractor is obliged to summarize the most important information per subject area of the newsletters every 6-month. These are one summary for the pharmaceutical industry and (in the case of Russia/EEU) one summary for the medical technology/medical device industry. The contracting party may ask for additional research on the sectors.

In addition to the monthly newsletters, the contractor is obliged to summarize the most important information per subject area of the newsletters every 6 month. These are one summary for the pharmaceutical industry and one summary for the medical technology industry. The contracting party may ask for additional research on the sectors. Special editions: in accordance with the contracting party, a special edition of the newsletter can be compiled. The contractors will continuously monitor the healthcare markets of the designated target country. The contractors must be aware of the target group when compiling the newsletters. The target group are small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) from Germany, partly start-ups, which are interested in regulatory affairs in foreign markets. The newsletter must be submitted in German (preferred) or English (For more detailed information please refer to the Service description).

Please enclose a work sample with your tender documents — exclusion criteria. The work sample consists of a newsletter with 5 articles, which is prepared by the bidder for his application. The newsletter must follow the specifications of the service description. In the work sample the bidders illustrate their understanding of the task and their expertise.
