Scope of work 1: Installation of 20 preventive CPS retrofits;
Scope of work 2: Installation of 4 corrective CPS retrofits;
Scope of work 3: Bolt exchange at 6 steel plates.
Installation phase is limited to 30 days with the option of extension by two times 7 days.
Preparation phase
— preparation and provision of risk assessment and method statement;
— preparation and provision of task plan of offshore operation;
— preparation and provision of project time schedule;
— preparation and provision of technical equipment and material list;
— preparation and provision of test plan;
— preparation and participation in kick off meeting.
Execution phase
— provision of a suitable vessel (at least DP2);
— mobilisation/demobilisation;
— transit to OWF and vice versa;
— daily reporting;
— execution of offshore operation (scope of work 1: installation of 20 preventive CPS retrofits; scope of work 2: installation of 4 corrective CPS retrofits; scope of work 3: bolt exchange at 6 steel plates).
Post-processing phase:
— preparation and provision of final documentation;
— preparation and participation in lessons learnt meeting.
The contract is set out to be a 1 year contract (one campaign in 2021) with the option to be prolonged for one more year (second campaign in 2022).

Bedingungen für die Teilnahme
Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:
1) Provision of excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt).
2) Provision of a company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level.
3) Provision of the signed declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (Kartellgesetz - GWB) — template has been uploaded by the tenderer.
1) Provision of company's turnover during the last 3 financial years 2018-2020: a turnover of at least EUR 11 200 000 per year is required.
Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:
1) Company accreditation: a valid certification of the company's quality management system (ISO 9001 or comparable);
2) Company accreditation: a valid certification of the company's environment management system (ISO 14001 or comparable);
3) Company accreditation: a valid certification of the company's occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001 or comparable);
4) Availability of engineering capabilities (inhouse or long-term cooperation with a subcontractor sufficient); if so: Provision of three examples of engineered subsea solutions, support equipment, methodical approaches during the last 3 years 2018-2020;

5) Availability of diving equipment including ROV for mechanical subsea works at a water depth of approx. 30-35 meters.

2) Experiences with diving works (no ROV works) — in terms of moving, alignment, positioning and replacement of cable protection systems of subsea cables by divers during the last 3 years 2018- 2020 (evaluation: 1 point per subsea cable protection system) - 50 %

3) Experiences with mechanical works (no ROV works) — in terms of bolt exchanges by divers during the last 3 years 2018-2020 (evaluation: 1 point per offshore project) - 20 %.
Based on bidder's indications for each criterion points will be given, weighted and summarized to a total score in order to determine bidders who are most suitable by ranking, descending from the highest score.
