This call for tenders is for the procurement of a cryogen-free dilution refrigerator for scientific measurements at milli-Kelvin temperatures. The instrument must include a cold loading system that allows for swift sample exchange without the necessity to warm up the entire instrument, as well as a 3D vector magnet capable of producing magnetic fields of 9T-1T-1T. Experimental wiring including DC wiring, RF wiring and optical fibers must also be part of the offer.
The system must be a turn-key solution including all peripheral devices (vacuum pumps, compressors...) required for operation.

Self-declaration of the total yearly turnover of the economic operator, based on the last three fiscal years.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

Self-declaration (according to the following requirements) of a sufficient level of experience demonstrated by at least 2 references (each having as subject a procurement contract for a comparable cryogen-free dilution refrigerator), stating name, address and email address of a contact person of the contracting body of the reference project, a project name and description of the services provided by the tenderer and the date and duration of the project. TUM reserves the right to verify the tenderer's details by interrogating the contracting body of the reference project.
