Kurze Beschreibung:
Repair services (incl. surveying) on all (HVDC, HVAC, FOC and other) submarine power cable systems
- Total length of all cable systems: approx. 3000 km
- Water depths: 0 m to approx. 50 m
- Cable laying depths: 1.5 to 10 m (required)
The services to be provided by the contractor include:
- the provision of vessels and working platforms, including all necessary equipment and personnel
- the repair and safe handling of submarine cables
- project management
- obtaining permits
- preparation of procedures and repair concepts including regular revision
- reporting
- participation in repair preparations
- inspection/maintenance of spare parts
- all necessary work and efforts leading to the fastest possible repair of submarine cables.
The following services are NOT included in this Contract Notice:
- Cable Fault Location*
- Cable Repair Works Onshore
- Cable jointing works*
* These services are not directly part of the tender, but will be supported within the SLA offshore by the Contractor by providing working platforms, vessels, further supplementary services as well as in the follow-up.
Dauer: 36 Monate
Beschreibung der Verlängerungen:
The contract expires after 36 months, unless the Client requests an extension of the contract, latest 3 months before expiration. The contract can be prolonged three times, each time by one year.

In the event that different bidders join together to form a consortium, the contracting entity will only accept a joint liability of the consortium.
A statement has to be made, using forms provided in the questionnaire, stating that all members of the consortium are jointly liable.
Furthermore, a clear consortia leader must be appointed.
Moreover, in any case of joint bidding, the exact bidder constellation has to be explained and the legal construction needs to be visualized. The bidder/consortium structure provided in the call for competition phase is considered as fixed and may not change in the further tender process.

The awarding of the contract is subject to the reservation of changes being made to the legal and/or regulatory frame conditions, laws, rules and regulations existing at the date of publishing this tender.
In the case of a consortium, all parties of the consortium have to hand in the same documents mentioned in sections III.1.1. to III.1.3.) "Conditions for participation".
§57 SektVO entitles the client to discontinue the award procedure at any time.
The client is entitled to transfer the rights and obligations of the subject matter of the contract to a special purpose vehicle (NewCo), irrespective of whether third parties have already participated as shareholders in this project company, or only after any transfer of this master agreement to such a project participate.
