ECMWF as the European Commission’s entrusted Entity for operating Copernicus Climate Change Service and Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service, invites tenders to work with the ECMWF Copernicus Services’ Communications team by providing web services for the Copernicus Climate Change service (C3S) and the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) public websites and the Copernicus Health Hub (CHH) and Copernicus Energy Hub (CEH) websites: these websites are an essential part of the ECMWF Copernicus services communication channels to reach out to their audiences and promote scientific content, provide access to climate and atmospheric data, in case of the Thematic Hubs access to the Copernicus web ecosystem’s data, and keep the public informed with key environmental information.To this end, this Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks to select a Tenderer to provide Website maintenance services.

Beschreibung der Beschaffung:

This ITT is aimed at providing web services for the Copernicus Climate Change service (C3S) and the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) public websites and the Copernicus Health Hub (CHH) and Copernicus Energy Hub (CEH) websites: these websites are an essential part of the ECMWF Copernicus services communication channels to reach out to their audiences and promote scientific content, provide access to climate and atmospheric data, in case of the Thematic Hubs access to the Copernicus web ecosystem’s data, and keep the public informed with key environmental information. ECMWF intends to award a Framework Agreement with one service contract. The expected duration of the Framework Agreement is 37 months (with the possibility of a 3-month extension at the discretion of ECMWF) and expected to commence in September 2025.

Procedure to be applied: The procurement will be conducted in accordance with ECMWF's procedures as set out in Invitation to Tender documents, which are available on ECMWF's eProcurement Portal (https://procurement.ecmwf.int/ ) and no other procedures will apply. In submitting this notice ECMWF does not waive the privileges and immunities granted to it by virtue of its status as an intergovernmental organisation or submit itself to any jurisdiction. Tenders must be submitted using ECMWF's eProcurement Portal. Hard copy (paper) submissions will not be accepted. Due to the need to include performance and compliance obligations in the contract, ECMWF will contract only with a single legal person or entity which is competent to undertake and commit to these obligations. ECMWF recognises that some bids will involve a number of organisations which may wish to work together to deliver the contract requirements.
