Kurze Beschreibung:

The objective of this procurement procedure is to select a service provider (economic operator) for the design (including custom configuration of the software according to the needs of EIT Health), implementation and delivery of a IT solution to support primarily with the grant management process, but also with related business processes. The IT solution must integrate seamlessly with the existing IT architecture, and the transition to the IT solution must cause no disruption to the business operations.

Dauer: 24 Monate

The Agreement has a fixed term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be unilaterally extended by EITH two (2) times, each time for one (1) additional year.

5. self-declaration regarding the enrolment/registration number of the economic operators undertaking in professional or commercial registers

Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit:

The following must be submitted with the tender

1) proof (e. g. copy of insurance policy) of professional risk indemnity insurance of the economic operator with the following minimum coverage per claim, or self-declaration of the economic operator to obtain the respective insurance with this coverage in case of award of the contract.

Minimum coverage per claim

- Personal injury EUR 2 000 000, plus

- Property EUR 2 000 000, plus

- Pecuniary damage EUR 500 000.

the maximization of the indemnification must be at least twice the respective coverage per calendar year

2) self-declaration of the total yearly turnover of the economic operator and the turnover of the economic operator in the area of services that are comparable to the services as set out in section 2.2 based on the last three fiscal years (2020 to 2022).

Note: A minimum turnover of 250,000.00 EUR in each of the last three fiscal years (2020 to 2022) concerning services that are comparable in the aforementioned way is required.

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

The following must be submitted with the tender

Proof of services rendered in the last three fiscal years (2020 to 2022) by which the tenderer provides services of similar nature and scope as set out in section 2.2 of the RfP with at least the following characteristics (minimum requirements)

- At least 3 service contracts with a volume of at least EUR 50,000.00 (ex VAT) each, comprising the implementation and customization of NetSuite solutions

- At least 1 of those service contracts comprises the implementation of a solution for a public sector or grant management organisation

- All services were rendered in the EU in a GDPR-compliant fashion

4. more than 15 calendar days have elapsed after receipt of the notification by EIT Health to not remedy a complaint of the tenderer.
