Conditions for participation III.2.1) Information concerning the personal situation of the contractor, supplier or service provider and information and formalities necessary for the evaluation of the minimum economic, financial and technical capacity required: The applicant shall have the technical capability and capacity to deliver, install, implement and programme a digital private mobile radio system including 4 interlinked base stations, 1 network management system, 1 gateway system, 2 fibre optic repeaters, 2 mast and antenna systems; delivery and programming of approximately 60 mobile handsets and 10 desktop units; delivery and configuration of divers accessories.
