Heloas — helicopter low airspeed and warning device
Investigate the technical feasibility and assess the safety benefits of a device indicating the helicopter airspeed at low values and mitigating the risk of entering the vortex ring state, including survey on the existing data, safety benefit analysis and demonstration of the feasibility by an initial prototype of a device indicating the helicopter airspeed at low values, which shall be designed and elaborated by the contractor, and verified in a flight trial conducted by the contractor.
