Implementation of the SOFIA programme within technical cooperation activities of the European Aviation Safety Agency
Further design, development and maintenance of the SOFIA application and implementation and follow-up of the SOFIA programme as commissioned by the EASA.
The contract will consist of the following main services:
a) further development, hosting and maintenance and (help-desk) support of the SOFIA application;
b) assistance in the implementation of the SOFIA programme in recognised partner organisations/authorities within the international cooperation activities of EASA, including data hosting services, where applicable;
c) support to EASA in managing the user community forum, bug tracking and offering help desk assistance to end users.
