From September 2020, the Humboldt Forum will open in 3 stages. This will be completed by the end of 2021. Four permanent exhibitions will be shown in the fully open building: the Ethnological Museum and the Museum of Asian Art (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation — National Museums in Berlin), the Berlin Exhibition (Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH and Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin) and the Humboldt Laboratory (Humboldt University Berlin). Special exhibitions, for which the Humboldt Forum will cooperate with various institutions, as well as an educational programme will complement the cultural and scientific programme. In addition, up to 1 000 events are to take place annually.

In the request to participate, the members of a consortium have to appoint an authorized representative for the conclusion and the implementation of the contract by submitting the form ‘I.2.2 — Consortium Declaration’. The authorized representative will serve as single point of contact for the consortium in this procurement procedure. The suitability to pursue the professional activity must be proven individually for each member of a consortium by submitting the form ‘I.2.4 — Declaration suitability to pursue the professional activity’ and the absence of exclusion grounds stated in § 123 et seq.
