Communication takes place exclusively via the project area of the GIZ awarding marketplace. The contract value estimation is based on historical data and a forecast for the full term of this agreement (2 years). It has been defined at lot level by GIZ and represents the best possible estimation taking into account the country portfolio and the partner context of GIZ. The maximum quantities per lot for two years are defined as follows: Lot 1: 280 vehicles Lot 2: 80 vehicles Lot 3: 40 vehicles GIZ explicitly points out that breaking down the maximum amount to country level (sub-lots) is not feasible. Furthermore, GIZ has no obligation to order from an individual lot and/or sublot. The actual order quantities within the lots may vary considerably. Deliveries shall be made at the discretion of GIZ directly to the locations worldwide and under the following Incoterms:

Befähigung zur Berufsausübung:

- Self-declaration that there are no grounds for exclusion according to Section 123, Section 124 GWB and Section 2 WRegG. Submission of the declaration of compliance with the Code of Conduct for Contractual Relations with GIZ.

- Certificate of registration of the company (not older than six (6) months).

Technische und berufliche Fähigkeiten:

- For the period from 2020, the company has gained experience in the supply & delivery of electric and/or hybrid vehicles and can substantiate this with at least two reference projects. The two reference projects shall each cover the supply, export (incl. the preparation of export documents/ processing of export formalities) and transport of electric and/or hybrid vehicles to the destination.

- The company confirms its capability to deliver according to the delivery terms CPT Named Place of Destination or CFR Named Port of Destination (INCOTERMS 2020; in accordance with Section 6 of document "D01_Framework Agreement").

- The company confirms that repair and maintenance services as well as spare part supply for the quoted vehicles are available within the respective country of destination. The company has to submit an overview of qualified / locally approved workshops within the respective country of destination.

- The company guarantees that the offered models are authorized by the manufacturer for the use in the country of destination.

Mindeststandards:

The required minimum standards are already described in detail above under the respective eligibility criteria.

According to Article 160, Section 3 of the German Act Against Restraint of Competition (GWB), application for review is not permissible insofar as

Sentence 1 does not apply in the case of an application to determine the invalidity of the contract in accordance with Article 135, Section 1 (2). Article 134, Section 1, Sentence 2 remains unaffected.
